- After full payment, the client receives rights to use the deliverables
- We may retain project files for internal reference, subject to our confidentiality commitments
8. Professional Role & Limitation of Liability
RRA CAD SOLUTION is a drafting support provider, not a licensed surveying firm. All deliverables must be reviewed and certified by the client's licensed professional before use. We are not liable for:
- Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client data
- Decisions made using our drawings without professional review
- Misinterpretation of CAD work
- Any indirect or consequential damages
